Glorifying Extra marital affairs in the name of progressiveness

Recent days I am coming across a lot of cases, stories, movies about infedility, cheating, extra marital affairs where mostly men are cheating on their partners , partners who are already mothers of their child. 

They say that they are breaking the cultural structure and building progressiveness with such acts. Being with one person for the whole life in any situations is little regressive. I agree to the point. 

It's hard for being in a toxic relationship where the partner is abusive and where thoughts won't get aligned. When day to day life is getting affected it's better to get separated on mutual consent. Looking for a partner after such separation is progressive and the cultural structure is being broken. 

But I don't understand the point of progressiveness in cases where someone who is already in a commitment, get attracted to someone from outside, build and maintain a secret relationship without the knowledge of their partners.

But men, where does your progressiveness go? when asking for dowry, making her to sacrifice her passion, making her to do the house hold Chores, making her pregnant, making her to hold all the responsibilities for bringing up the child.

We women are getting exploited physically, mentally and financially ( demanding for dowry) and finally we are being cheated by men and thrown like a trash in the name of progressiveness. 

Most importantly women will slut shame an another women who is also involved in this exploitation, you need to understand that both of them are getting exploited. This is the success of internalized patriarchy that makes women to turn against women.

Many of them will justify their act by telling that adultery is not a criminal offence yeah but it's an ethical offence and it creates a lot of unbearable losses for women. 

And many of them also use the names of the eminent leaders and reformers like Dr. BR Ambedkar, Thanthai periyar, Charles Darwin so and so to show that their exploitation is right in the name of progressiveness. None of the above said personalities have supported exploitation they always stood against exploitation.

Finally to conclude if you don't believe in being with a person, if you get attracted to someone other than your partner give the ones that you wanna cheat all the compensations for the losses that you have made and run off. Else if you are that kind of person think twice before you make her get into a relationship, atleast before making her pregnant,,,if you dare !!!!!

It will be better for you people to prefer physical relationships alone so that the women will not get exploited.

It's better to stop the practice of emotionally making women the vulnerable ones, breaking the emotional structures, before you prefer your choices of being in relationship with women.

If a woman engages in polygamous relationships, infedility, extra marital affairs she will be slut shamed by everyone especially by the men. There is no freedom for women even to express her basic emotions without liberating women there is no use in talking about infedility, polygamous relationships, progressiveness.

If you still think that this idea of cheating your partner is progressive then I would say progressiveness is only for men!!!!

Only men are getting the benifits!!! Any progressive ideology will not support for a particular gender alone!!!
